TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the Salvor source code and associated documentation.
"Self-Hosting" means running the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes.
"Hosting Service" means offering the Software's functionality to third parties as a service.

2. PERMITTED USE (FREE)

You may, free of charge:
— Use the Software for personal purposes
— Self-host the Software for your own use
— Self-host the Software for internal use within your organization
— Modify the Software for your own use
— Contribute improvements back to the project

3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIRED

You must obtain a commercial license to:
— Offer the Software as a hosted service to third parties
— White-label or rebrand the Software for commercial distribution
— Include the Software as a substantial component of a commercial product

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
— Remove or alter any license notices
— Use the project name or trademarks without permission
— Claim the Software as your own work

5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
